Summary
We have a current opportunity for a
Sr Procurement Specialist/Buyer located at our facility in Longmont, CO. This role will need expertise in procurement, expediting, and/or logistics. You will be responsible for quoting, negotiating prices, daily procurement of materials, equipment, and services as required for projects as applicable. You will manage vendor and supplier relationships and ensure that required material is purchased within budget and at the best price to support project schedules and inventory targets. Utilize new and/or existing suppliers in support of the company's operations, and manage quality, cost, and on-time delivery of goods and services of assigned supply base. The ideal candidate brings a thorough working knowledge of planning and procurement in the aerospace industry with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Pay Range
$85,411- $110,000 How We Determine What We Pay (Compensation Philosophy)
Redwire determines pay for positions using local, national, and industry-specific survey data, for our locations throughout the US. We will evaluate external equity and the cost of labor/prevailing wage index, in the relative marketplace for jobs directly comparable to jobs within our company. For new hires, we strive to make competitive offers allowing the new employee room for future growth. Salaries will be based on the applicant's level of experience, education, and specialized knowledge and skills. Additionally, we consider the external market rate, the amount we have budgeted internally, and internal equity within the company for the same position. An employee/candidate with a stronger skill set will be considered for higher pay.
