Mail Services Associate

Main Duties and Responsibilities:




  • TMG onsite staff will execute the following:
    * Receive mail at mail room from USPS letter carrier and sign for express, registered and certified mail.
    * Receive FedEx, UPS and Messenger packages at mailroom.
    * Sort incoming mail and pull out all checks and deliver to members.
    * Sort incoming mail and place mail into file cabinet/folders for members to be pick up.
    * Process incoming couriers packages via Brynka Internal Tracking System, label and place on racks for members to be pick
    up.
    * Receive incoming messenger packages and call members to pick up.
    * Physically deliver mail and courier packages by cart, dolly or hand truck to members as requested by select members if
    possible.
    * Receive outgoing mail (letters and parcels) and place on rack for pick up
    * Receive outgoing UPS & FedEx packages and place on rack for pick up
    * Process outgoing UPS packages via Brynka Shipping System and place on rack for pick up.
    * Receive outgoing messenger items from members and hold in mailroom for messenger pick up.
    * Place large items in storage room and coordinate with members for pick up
    * Answer members email regarding mail and packages.
    * Provide customer service.
    * Send out emails to members to retrieve their





Qualifications:



  • At least one year Office Experience
  • 1-3 years experience with Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong work ethic; diplomatic; team and service oriented; builds strong working relationships.
  • Exhibits superior verbal communication and phone skills.
  • Exhibits exceptional customer service skills.
  • Consistently demonstrates professional demeanor, appearance and attitude.
  • Proven ability to remain calm under pressure; resilient.
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving ability.
  • Able to appropriately handle confidential and highly sensitive material.
  • Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adapt to an ever-changing work environment.
  • Assertive and resourceful; motivated; willing to ask questions and take initiative without direction.
