What you will do...
  • Execute social strategies across multiple brands, tailoring content and community management to each platform and audience.

  • Create and oversee production of original, culturally relevant social content; manage editorial calendars balancing planned campaigns with real-time moments.

  • Build and nurture vibrant online communities, monitoring conversations and safeguarding brand reputation with empathy and agility.

  • Use social listening tools to surface trends, sentiment, and competitive insights; translate data into actionable content and campaign recommendations.

  • Analyze performance metrics to track success, uncover opportunities, and optimize campaigns for continuous improvement; present clear insights to stakeholders.

  • Stay ahead of social trends and emerging platforms; champion social innovation and inspire teams to push creative and strategic boundaries.

Who you will work with...
  • Cross-functional teams in Marketing, Consumer Engagement, Media, PR, and agency partners to design and activate content and community initiatives.

  • Internal content creators, external agencies, and influencers to produce high-impact social content.

  • Analytics and performance teams to align on metrics, review results, and drive optimization.

What you bring to the table... (Required Skills)
  • Bachelor's Degree required.

  • Minimum 3 years of social media management experience across multiple brands, with expertise in content creation, community management, social listening, and analytics.

  • Highly creative storyteller with proven ability to develop impactful social content using in-house resources and external creators, including UGC.

  • Proficiency with social management platforms (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Sprinklr) and content creation tools.

  • Data-driven decision maker who balances strategic planning with hands-on execution.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functionally and present insights with impact.

  • Comfort working in fast-paced, collaborative environments that encourage innovation and experimentation.

  • Experience managing influencer partnerships and integrating them into cohesive social strategies.

It would be nice if you have... (Preferred Skills)
  • 5+ years experience in social media management

  • Experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) sector or consumer marketing.

  • Familiarity with paid social media advertising and budget management.

  • Hands-on video production and editing skills for short-form social content.

  • Deep understanding of emerging platforms such as TikTok, Snapchat, or Twitch.

  • Certifications in social media marketing or analytics tools.

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$85,800-$123,300

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
