As the Lead Digital and Technology Product Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with business stakeholders, technology product teams, and IT teams to optimize systems and third-party services utilized across AmFam contact centers. You will focus on enhancing the experiences of policyholders, agents, partners, and employees by leveraging out-of-the-box, enterprise solutions to maximize value and achieve significant business outcomes in alignment with enterprise goals.
You will report to the Senior Manager, Digitial &Technology Product. #LI-Hybrid Position Compensation Range: $111,000.00 - $190,000.00Pay Rate Type: SalaryCompensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. In this hybrid role you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month out of either our Madison, WI (53783) or Boston, MA (02210) offices.
