Chartwells K12 is seeking a hardworking Executive Chef to own the culinary program at our long-standing partnership with the Metropolitan School District of Pike Township in Indianapolis, IN. With 13 schools and over 10,600 students, this is your chance to turn school dining into a fun, engaging, and nourishing experience. You'll oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure food safety, and help create student-focused menus that make an impact. We're looking for a strong culinary leader who's not afraid to be the face of the program-visible, approachable, and deeply connected to the school community. This role demands excellent food and people skills, creativity, and a dedication to customer service. You'll lead a unionized team, mentor staff, and bring energy to everything from student tastings to staff events. Key Responsibilities:
