What You'll Do

Summary/Objective: The Mortgage Operations Support II role is resposible for supporting the mortgage operations team with adminsitractive tasks to assist in moving files through the automated loan process. Additionally, the Mortgage Operations Support II role is a member of the adverse action team. Essential Functions: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Accurately process all teller transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and check cashing, as well as assist with end of day balancing.
- Answer all incoming phone calls, directing calls as appropriate to provide prompt and courteous service to our members while achieving department SLA's.
- Assist mortgage department with support tasks to facilitate an efficient mortgage and home equity application process.
- Add and complete tasks within mortgage Loan Origination System (LOS) and other various system to complete failed process activities and move loans into underwriting statuses or other statuses throughout the intital intake process.
- Make outbound calls to members to review process exception items, explain actions needed to proceed.
- Coordinate with other Mortgage Operations Support team members to ensure all daily work is completed in a timely manner as outlined by the departments SLA's.
- Ensure compliance will all applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
- Ensure department HMDA reporting is correct based on adverse decision type requested by various users throughout the mortgage department.
