The Temple University's Kornberg School of Dentistry is searching for a Finance Analyst to join our team! Students pursue postbaccalaureate, predoctoral, continuing education and advanced education in general dentistry programs. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Finance the Finance Analyst will provide support to the office of Administration and Financial Affairs for the Kornberg School of Dentistry. The Finance Analyst will assist in all phases of the financial operations with primary responsibilities including access, review and analysis of various financial reports; monitoring and approving supply and equipment orders from faculty and staff; all aspects of accounts payable/purchasing; tracking and processing additional payments made to faculty for treatment of private patients; and making recommendations for improvements to our work processes. In addition, the Finance Analyst will also be responsible for other administrative functions such as assisting with payroll functions, recording staff time off requests, and ordering supplies as well as assisting the school's PPE team with delivering new and collecting used PPE from the school's clinics. Performs other duties as assigned.
