POSITION SUMMARY Join the SnowSports School team as a SnowSports Headquarters Lead. In this position, you will work closely with instructors, SnowSports School supervisors, and guests to ensure that lessons run smoothly throughout the day. This includes assisting with group lesson line-ups, booking and fulfilling private lessons, monitoring the Mountain Watch phone to assist instructors with class switches and locating lost students, completing instructor payroll daily, selling lessons and tickets at the ticket desk at Greenhorn Ranch, and running inventory and lift access reports. In addition, HQ Leads may complete other project-based work to help boost lesson sales, support special products, and improve guest satisfaction. ESSENTIAL DUTIES

WORKING CONDITIONS Indoor/Outdoor: While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to harsh and varying outside weather conditions. Hazardous Materials/Noise: The noise level in the workplace is usually moderate. The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of the Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation's hourly pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include many region-specific benefits.
