What you'll be doing...

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Manager, Workforce Planning & Analysis (WP&A) Operations Support to join our team. In this critical role, you'll be instrumental in enhancing the productivity and efficiency of our sales organization, directly contributing to their ability to achieve excellence.

You'll lead the charge on key initiatives, acting as a central figure in driving operational improvements within our Workforce Planning function. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about optimizing processes and empowering sales teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Management & Execution: Strategically plan, manage, and execute complex projects focused on improving the productivity and efficiency of our Sales teams. This includes defining project scopes, setting timelines, allocating resources, and ensuring successful project delivery.

  • Performance Optimization: Developing and implementing data-driven strategies to enhance operational performance and streamline workflows within the Sales organization. You'll identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions.

  • Reporting & Analysis: Generating, analyzing, and interpreting comprehensive reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales productivity and efficiency. You'll translate data into actionable insights and present findings to leadership.

  • Stakeholder Management: Serving as the primary point of contact for Workforce Planning inquiries and escalations from the field, providing timely and effective resolutions. You'll build strong relationships with Sales leadership and other internal stakeholders.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering closely with various cross-functional teams, including Sales Operations, HR, IT, and Finance, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of initiatives.

  • Enterprise UKG Pro Expert: Acting as the enterprise-wide subject matter expert and primary point of contact for all matters related to UKG Pro (formerly UltiPro) within Workforce Planning, ensuring optimal utilization and troubleshooting any issues.

  • Process Improvement: Continuously identifying opportunities to refine existing processes, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement within the WP&A function.

In this role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days (VCG in office days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)

What we're looking for...

You will need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.

  • Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office and G-Suite.

  • Strong Communication and Presentation Skills.

  • Strong Analytical Skills.

  • Project and Program management, leadership and strategic planning.

  • Cross-functional team management.

  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert and primary Point of Contact for Leadership.

  • Own end to end execution (Conception through Implementation).

  • Interpret and analyze data to identify risks and opportunities and take appropriate action.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence different stakeholders.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Post graduate degree.

  • Experience using UKG Pro.

  • Prior leadership experience.

  • Experience with Data Visualization, particularly creating executive reporting.

  • SQL and Data Warehouse experience.

  • Manage multiple projects with tight timelines and multiple stakeholders.

  • Cross Channel experience.

  • Formal project management certification.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours. The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $86,000.00 - $165,000.00. The annual salary range for the Colorado location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $94,500.00 - $165,000.00. The annual salary range for the Illinois location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $94,500.00 - $165,000.00.
