Title: HR Learning Advisor Location: Lake Jackson, Texas Salary: $76,400 - $110,800 Schedule: Hybrid schedule available after 6 months Focus: Join our winning team as an HR Learning Advisor in the Lake Jackson, Texas office. In your role as an HR Learning Advisor, you will manage the Learning value chain by proactively partnering with key stakeholders and internal customers to understand any training needs, assessing and closing training gaps, and identifying, defining, and delivering training solutions for an assigned group of plants or business support groups.
HR Learning Advisor Essential Job Functions:
- Executes training-related requests for assigned groups, Olin Service Now Learning & Development requests, and audits corrective actions.
- Maintains training audit readiness by working with Corporate Internal Audit and operations leaders; periodically self-audits training records; maintains HR and Learning & Development compliance standards.
- Collaborates with HR Teams, operations leaders, and assigned client groups to assess and develop learning solutions to close learning gaps.
- Supports local sites, business groups, and internal stakeholders to review and improve training plans to meet regulatory compliance standards and learning objectives.
- Facilitates and supports training implementation and manages delivery services for in-role development for continuous skilling, reskilling, or upskilling.
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders and coordinates efforts to design and create training content.
- Acts as learning management system expert for assigned client groups.
HR Learning Advisor Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree* in Human Resources Management, Organizational Management, Industrial and Labor Relations, HR Development, Training and Education, or a related field. Masters Degree* preferred.
- 2+ years of recent related hands-on Learning Professional or HR Generalist experience. Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with training facilitation and delivery services, training content development, build and design experience including aesthetic, design, composition, effective language, and typographic abilities, ADDIE, and full learning and development cycle preferred.
- Demonstrated regulatory knowledge and experience, particularly as it relates to training in manufacturing operations.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite including 365 apps, Learning Management System (LMS), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) required; PeopleSoft, Saba, Taleo, and SAP preferred.
- Experience with design and media development tools experience such as Articulate 360, Articulate Rise, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Sound Booth, or other audio editing tools and HTML is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, project management, client support, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel on flexible schedules, up to 10%
- Must be able to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) and possess a valid US Driver's license.
