Pay Range: $22.75 - $28.00 per hour

The above reflects the anticipated per hour wage range for this position if hired to work in New Jersey. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Job Overview:

The primary purpose of the Administrative Coordinator II is to perform clinical and administrative work as they relate to coordinating patient care in the clinic or transitioning to the outpatient environment,

Essential Functions

Serves is the liaison between patient, family, internal and external health care providers,

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in healthcare or a related field
  • Two years of experience in a healthcare setting, business office or academic institution
  • Familiarity with medical terminology required
  • Must demonstrate an understanding of the principles of guest relations and be able to maintain a professional demeanor
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and a highly professional demeanor in person and on the telephone
  • Must be computer literate with proficiency and working knowledge of data base and reporting tools such as Microsoft word, Excel, Access and Power Point
  • Experience in electronic medical record required
  • Experience in EMR software preferred
  • Appropriate experience may be substituted for educational requirement
