Staffmark Drivers is seeking new talent in Owings Mills, MD, hiring experienced Non-CDL Delivery Drivers to join our team! This temp-to-hire role offers full-time hours, weekly pay, and a return-to-home daily schedule delivering one of the best perks around-donuts!

Pay: $19.08/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday, starting at 6:30 PM (8-13 hour shifts depending on route)

Requirements:



  • Valid driver's license (Non-CDL)
  • At least 9 months of verifiable driving experience in the last 3 years (no Uber, Lyft, or DoorDash)
  • Valid Medical Card required
  • Clear MVR and ability to pass pre-employment screening(s)
  • Ability to lift 10+ lbs and perform repetitive movement
  • Professional appearance with good communication/customer service skills
  • Suggested: Slip-resistant shoes (no PPE required)

Driving & Job Details:



  • Short-haul, home daily with 8-22 stops per shift
  • Touch freight - delivering boxed or tray-loaded donuts
  • 16 ft. non-CDL box trucks, automatic (some with lift gates/ramps)
  • Sort/load own truck at DC, scan deliveries with handheld device
  • Rotate product, clean display stations, return unused items to DC
  • Training provided with a lead driver
  • Gentle driving required to avoid product damage
  • Onboard cameras, ELD, and scanners monitor routes and timing
