There is only one Data Cloud. Snowflake's founders started from scratch and designed a data platform built for the cloud that is effective, affordable, and accessible to all data users. But it didn't stop there. They engineered Snowflake to power the Data Cloud, where thousands of organizations unlock the value of their data with near-unlimited scale, concurrency, and performance. This is our vision: a world with endless insights to tackle the challenges and opportunities of today and reveal the possibilities of tomorrow.

Snowflake's Sales Operations organization is actively seeking a GTM Operations Manager to join our Partner Systems and Process team. In this role you will be responsible for managing projects to create efficient sales processes that are enabled by partner motions, and identify opportunities to help scale the business. This includes working with Sales, Operations, Partner Strategy & Programs, and other cross-functional teams to build or improve workflows, implement new tools, and drive sales and operational productivity, while ensuring compliance.

You will collaborate with Snowflake's operational and functional leaders to evaluate, scope and prioritize Partner systems, process and tools initiatives. • Drive roadmap development and alignment, ensuring success metric identification and evaluation.

  • Work with cross-functional teams like Partner Strategy & Programs, Field & Partner Operations, to prioritize new feature requests based on their impact to the business and field.

  • Act as liaison between operations and IT to vet and translate business objectives and needs into systems & tool requirements.

  • Partner closely with the IT Team to ensure projects are scoped, implemented and delivered under committed timelines.

  • Create and maintain key documentation such as BRDs, process flows, use cases, test cases, and enablement.

  • Champion and build out internal workflows and processes to drive efficiency and improvements (i.e. business & IT or Finance engagements)

  • Act as subject matter expert for sales & partner systems, data, and processes

  • Monitor industry trends to ensure Snowflake's sales & partner systems and tools are current with industry standards and best practices

ON DAY ONE WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:
  • Minimum 8 years total professional experience with 5+ years working with Sales/Partner operations, Sales/Partner systems, process, and tools.

  • Expertise in Salesforce CRM, PRM, Cloud Portals (i.e. ACE, Suger.io, tackle.io) and connected applications with hands-on experience implementing solutions and system integrations.

  • Experience reviewing and procuring tools to support business needs, Partner specific technology a plus.

  • Experienced in SFDC release management and deployment activities
