Position Summary

The Treasury Management Implementation Analyst will implement Product and Treasury Services from the start of the sales cycle to the client fully utilizing all services. Work closely with clients, Treasury Bankers, and Operations Services team members to ensure client satisfaction and extraordinary service. Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage the implementation of Treasury Services products for clients.
  • Support the Treasury Bankers in the identification of client needs and the customization of Treasury Services to meet those needs.
  • Work closely with the Product, Client Services and Deposit Services team, to ensure client needs are met while meeting internal objectives.
  • Ensure a smooth transition of the client relationship to Client Care support teams.
  • Provide adequate and accurate information to as needed for ongoing maintenance, reporting and support.
  • Develop and manage the tactical plan for Product implementation, including the development of Statements of Work, timelines and documentation regarding the implementation process.
  • Communicate timelines and status updates to client and bankers.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through follow-up, responsiveness and thorough communication.
  • Responsible for detecting issues or potential issues and troubleshooting as necessary.
  • Effectively manage multiple implementations at one time.
  • Visit client sites with Treasury Bankers to present and demo products as requested.
  • Train clients on services implemented.
  • Assist with any installations of equipment necessary for the client to use the products.
  • Provide onsite implementations services, when necessary.
  • Support Operations Services teams and act as a back-up when necessary.
Education & Experience
  • Knowledge of:
  • Extensive knowledge of bank Treasury products and systems, including regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Working knowledge of FIS core processing and related systems is preferred.
  • Ability to maintain a proactive approach to assignments, manage multiple tasks and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to:
  • This position occasionally requires local and out of state travel, which may require overnight stays
  • Education and Training:
  • Two or more years of Treasury Services implementation experience, preferably within a commercial bank. Treasury Services sales experience also preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience, preferably in a commercial bank environment.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary offered is based on factors, including but not limited to, the job duties, required qualifications and relevant experience, and local market trends. The role may be eligible for bonus or incentives based on company and individual performance.

(Base Pay Range: $53,000 - $70,000 annual)
