Your Role in Our Success:
Bongards is looking for a dynamic, experienced individual to join our team as a Machine Operator on the night shift at our facility in Norwood, MN.

What You'll Do:

• Must be able to learn and perform safely specific assigned position.
• Must report all food safety and quality concerns to immediate supervisor or their designated replacement.
• Will perform sanitation duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• All other duties as assigned by the supervisor or lead person.

Other Requirements:

• Must demonstrate excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to read and follow written instructions.
• Must adhere to and follow all Safety, GMP, and other quality guidelines.

Physical Capabilities:

• Must be able to lift up to a maximum of 45 pounds
• Must be able to lift and carry frequently 40 pounds.
