We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Marketing Specialist to join the Onshape Education team at PTC. This team supports schools worldwide through software and resources. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves coordinating events, values education, and wants to make a positive impact by helping more students and teachers access professional-grade design tools.

In the role, you'll help promote our products to educators and students by supporting event marketing, managing partnerships, and helping execute campaigns that drive awareness and engagement. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and organizations in the education space to promote our offerings and deliver positive brand experiences. The position requires strong project management skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for EDU event operations, managing logistics, shipping, vendor coordination, and on-site execution

  • Lead the planning and execution of education-focused events, including webinars, workshops, and conferences

  • Coordinate logistics for sponsored and partner events, including registration, physical asset management, promotion, follow-up, and tracking

  • Collaborate with partner organizations, including schools, nonprofits, and other technology companies, on joint marketing initiatives

  • Maintain and update event calendars, contact lists, and promotional assets

  • Track performance of events and partnerships, gathering feedback and metrics for continuous improvement

  • Assist with content creation for event and partnership promotions-emails, social media posts, and landing pages

  • Work closely with the broader marketing and education teams to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy alignment

  • Collaborate closely with marketing and the broader EDU team on event strategy, promotion, post-event reporting, and analysis to help measure ROI and improve future events

Qualifications & Experience

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines, vendors, and stakeholders simultaneously with minimal supervision

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • A collaborative mindset, comfortable working cross-functionally and with external partners
