LEAN Manager As a member of the Munters Engineering team, you'll hold an important role in optimizing the manufacturing process to meet customer expectations. The LEAN Manufacturing Engineer will coordinate with factory and corporate personnel to analyze, optimize, and improve the Munters products using LEAN Manufacturing principles. Through these processes, the Munters factory will produce a product that meets customer expectations for quality, reliability, and performance. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Drive a culture of LEAN in the organization through the education and utilization of Lean concepts and methodologies. Analyze current methods of production through time studies, balance charts, research, and interviewing operators and suppliers to fully understand the products and opportunities to improve efficiencies. Optimize material and information flow with initiatives developed through Current State, Future State, and Ideal State Value Stream Mapping, waste elimination, variation reduction, and Standardized Work. Analyze space constraints, material flow, people movement, and current needs utilizing Spaghetti Diagrams to find areas for improvement.
