We oversee technology strategy, Salesforce on Salesforce, customer and partner enablement, applications engineering, infrastructure, collaboration, enterprise operations, architecture, and program enablement. This is an office-flexible role for xxx (AMER). In office expectations are 10 days a quarter to support customers and/or collaborate with their teams.

Role Overview:

We're looking for a strategic and execution-driven Director of Product Management with deep Salesforce expertise (Sales Cloud, Agentforce Platform, AI) to lead the agentic vision and delivery of intelligent AI agents that power our world-class Sales organization.

As Customer Zero, you'll define the product strategy, roadmap, and execution plan for scalable, secure, and high-impact AI-powered agent experiences across our internal Sales teams. Your work will directly enhance seller productivity and transform how we use Salesforce's platform to drive innovation from within. You will lead a global team of Product Managers focused on AI agents and automation platform capabilities, while fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and cross-cloud collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Vision: Define and drive the strategic direction for AI agents supporting our global Sales teams, optimizing for usability, trust, and business value.

  • AI Agent Development: Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Design, and Data teams to define and execute the roadmap for AI agents in Salesforce & Slack as the primary interface for deployment.

  • Data & Content Framework: Shape the data and content strategy that fuels agent intelligence and decision-making.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing, global team of PMs. Create alignment, enable growth, and drive product excellence.

  • AI Evangelism & Innovation: Champion AI maturity across teams. Be a thought leader in scaling autonomous agents and influencing broader product and platform direction.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Drive alignment with internal stakeholders across sales, engineering, and platform teams to deliver business outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of product management experience, with deep Salesforce implementation expertise (CRM, Sales Cloud, Platform, Data Cloud, Slack)

  • Proven understanding of AI, Copilots, and agent-based architectures

  • Strong experience building Sales productivity and automation solutions (Lead, Opportunity, Account Management)

  • Clear, compelling communicator with experience in executive-level presentations and cross-functional influence

  • Deep knowledge of Lead-to-Cash and Sales GTM processes

  • Experience applying the Jobs To Be Done (JTBD) framework in enterprise product development

  • Track record of thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments

  • Strong collaboration and team-building capabilities across global and virtual teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce certifications: Agentforce Specialist, Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud, Slack Admin

  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, principles, and best practices

  • Familiarity with emerging trends in Autonomous AI Agents and their impact on enterprise workflows
