About the Role

Become a part of our industry-leading Retiree Health Marketing Strategy team. You will be responsible for developing scalable consumer-focused campaign strategies to promote our products and services. As a key member, your role will involve driving ongoing engagement and benefits for consumers.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote retiree health insurance plans and services.
  • Evaluating and optimizing marketing tactics to drive engagement and enrollment in retiree health plans. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in using market research, marketing metrics, and program analytics.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, such as insurance providers, brokers, and employer groups. A unique ability to transform business needs and data insights into strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborating with Renewal Executives and Client Leader to prepare renewal. This includes gauging pulse of key stakeholders and decision-makers to expand or upsell current solution offerings
  • Identifying ways to create brand awareness, and partner with the Creative Marketing team. Ensuring the Retiree Health and Alight brands are reflected and represented in programs.
  • Managing the day-to-day responsibilities for client-facing Transitions, Age-in/Retire-in, Member Services, and Retail Engagement programs.
  • Building and refining the ways the organization engages potential and existing B2C and retail customers by exploring and leveraging traditional, innovative strategies.
  • Representing team in cross-functional initiatives that have impact throughout the retiree lifecycle.
  • Utilizing your extensive experience focused on the needs of Retirees. The right candidate understands personal behaviors, organizational and industry insights, to develop a true "lifecycle" Marketing value proposition.
  • Partnering with the leaders of the Retiree Health Marketing team. Continuing its evolution from delivering "one-off" solutions to an omni-channel, automated, data-driven and rules-based scalable offer.

Requirements

  • Have experience in insurance and retiree industry over ten years. Specifically, those with exposure to employer-driven, affinity partnership, and retail-focused products and services. The ideal candidate will have client-facing, client-team partnering, and client-consultative experience.
  • Manage multiple bodies of work with different Marketing objectives with an eye toward identifying commonalities and scalable delivery opportunities.
  • Have a proven track record in delivering retiree wellness content. This should be backed using data, anecdotes, research, and other evidence to achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Demonstrate ability to manage multiple bodies of work with different Marketing objectives with an eye toward identifying commonalities and scalable delivery opportunities.
  • Display thorough understanding of the complexities, nuances and layers of the business-to-business-to-consumer (B2B2C) business model.
  • Have excelled experience building and gaining internal buy-in for programs from strategy to execution to refinement.
  • Exhibit model of being a dedicated individual to advocate for consumers. The ideal candidate will champion consumer interests and forge meaningful connections through their work.
  • Have bachelor's in marketing, advertising, communication, business or other related field.
  • Demonstrate excellence in written and verbal communication skills.

Salary Pay Range

Minimum :

95,000.00 USD

Maximum :

126,000.00 USD
