What You'll Do

Summary/Objective: The data analyst will work with the executive team to help unlock the power of our data and convert it into actionable insights using Tableau. Must be able to use Tableau to translate complex data into key insights with minimal assistance between analyzing the data and interpreting/communicating the results. - Gather and analyze data in support of business cases and proposed projects
- Create and maintain business intelligence reports and delivery systems and create, maintain, and enhance regular reporting deliverables in Tableau
- Proactively analyze data from a variety of sources to inform decision making
- Scrub data to ensure accuracy of reporting
- Quickly and accurately deliver applications and analysis, constantly exceeding customer expectations
- Develop insight to data, review findings with business partners, and provide superb customer service through clear and concise communications as well as complete documentation
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by Manager(s)

What You'll Need
|
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of professional data analysis
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in Financial Services preferably Banking
- Advanced data visualization design techniques using Tableau
- Experience in an AWS cloud-based analytic ecosystem preferred
- Knowledge of Advanced SQL, RDMS, and MPP Databases
- Knowledge of database management tools such as DBeaver and Microsoft's SSMS
- Knowledge of analytic approaches and methods (reporting, modeling, optimization)
- Strong data analysis & business skills
- Working knowledge of Agile Methodology preferred
