About the Role:

As the Director of Enterprise Sales, you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy-leading a talented sales team, forging strong relationships with top-tier clients, and delivering innovative telecom solutions. You'll be the trusted advisor to our customers and your team, guiding them all with expertise and integrity.

What You'll Do:



  • Lead and develop a results-driven sales team to achieve revenue goals.
  • Drive direct business solution sales, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with business executives and community leaders.
  • Represent Ritter Communications at community events and committees.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to identify new opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and implement strategies to exceed targets.
  • Travel to customer sites and business events as needed.


What You Bring:



  • Deep knowledge of the telecommunications industry and business sales practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, make sound decisions, and pay close attention to detail.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in office software and CRM tools.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Sales Leadership, Marketing, or related field OR a combination of experience and education is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales management.
  • Experience in telecommunications or a technology related business environment is a highly preferred
