Staffmark has an exciting opportunity that you won't want to miss! We've partnered with a leading manufacturer in Hartford City, IN to hire a Machine Operator Trainee. This is your chance to work for a company that values integrity and is invested in your growth and success!

8 AM - 8 PM | Rotating 2 - 2 - 3 Schedule, 12-hour shifts, one week is 36 hours and the next is 48 hours.

Pay | $18.48 per hour

Qualifications: At least 1 year of machine operator experience, prior plastics experience preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Follow all established safety procedures and quality management guidelines.
  • Maintain clean work areas and ensure consistent attendance at scheduled shifts and meetings.
  • Operate and maintain printers, vacuum systems, and stage equipment and resin as needed.
  • Follow Lock Out Tag Out procedures and perform first piece approvals per specifications.
  • Monitor and maintain filters, change process blades, and enter resin/production data accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members and assist during line changeovers and job transitions.
  • Support training and break coverage for Finished Product Packers and perform additional tasks as assigned.
