Assistant Professor, Marketing (One-Year Special Appointment)

The Curry College School of Business & Technology invites applications for a one-year special appointment for a full-time Assistant Professor of Marketing position beginning Fall 2025. Candidates will be committed to excellence in teaching with a passion for engaging with students, colleagues, and the business community.

The successful candidate will join a dynamic and highly engaged team of faculty and staff, all of whom are dedicated to the professional success of our students. They will be learner-focused and will be expected to teach courses in one or more of the following areas: digital marketing, principles of marketing, marketing strategy, consumer behavior, brand management. In addition, the successful candidate will be committed to experiential education and be able to apply experiential learning techniques in all courses taught, including developing collaborative relationships with external communities for experiential learning-focused class projects, research projects, and other curricular activities. Interest and capability in developing a digital marketing or analytics-focused program is a plus.

Minimum Qualifications:

The successful candidate must possess a Ph.D. or DBA in Marketing. ABD will be considered with a completion date before August 22, 2025. Employment in this position is contingent upon the successful completion of all required pre-employment background checks and final budget approval.
