POSITION SUMMARY: The Director of Clinical Solutions is a strategic leadership role responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing clinical programs and technology driven solutions that enhance patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and organizational growth. A critical focus of this role is to support sustainable growth through strategic partnerships, new service line development, and the continuous enhancement of care delivery models. The director is also responsible for fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and clinical innovations that align with regulatory compliance. The director will work collaboratively with executive leaders to ensure the integration of Clinical Solutions that align with regulatory standards and advanced organizational objectives. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the following essential functions satisfactorily:
- Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement imaging service programs aligned with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to review and improve operational efficiencies.
- Workflow Optimization
- Evaluate and standardize workflows, protocols, and procedures for all modalities.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to drive cost-effective imaging practices and optimize resource utilization.
- Compliance
- Oversee accreditation and quality programs, ensuring compliance with accrediting body standards as well as all state and federal regulations.
- Provide training and education to imaging staff, including physicians and administrative personnel regarding accreditation requirements, quality standards, and clinical policies and procedures.
- Stay current on changes to accreditation standards, CMS requirements, industry best practices, and all state and federal regulations.
- Serve as a liaison with the Radiation Safety Officer and/or Medical Physicist to ensure compliance with all radiation safety regulations and best practices.
- Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop clinical imaging teams and managers to foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Promote a culture of innovation, safety, and clinical excellence throughout clinical solutions.
- Instill core values of transparency, ownership, and collaboration.
- Growth & Business Development
- Identify and support opportunities for new service lines, partnerships, and geographic expansion in imaging.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders in the development of new programs and service lines for operational growth.
- Data-Driven Quality Improvement
- Use analytics to monitor performance indicators, patient outcomes, and staff productivity.
- Drive continuous quality improvement through evidence-based practice, benchmarking, and root cause analysis.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Certification by ARRT(N) OR NMTCB preferred.
- Valid unrestricted Driver's License.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in medical imaging, with PET/CT imaging experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of Advanced Diagnostic Imaging accreditation requirements.
- Working knowledge of radiation safety, HIPAA, CMS Conditions of Participation, and OSHA regulations.
- Ability to operate Microsoft programs proficiently.
Working Conditions:
- Work is performed from a home office, corporate office, testing centers, hospitals, clinics and/or physician offices as needed/required.
- The Director of Clinical Solutions may be required to travel up to 50% based on business needs.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
- Walking, stooping, turning, and lifting to 50 lbs.
- Ability to push or pull equipment.
- Noise level is usually low to moderate

Occupational Exposure:
- As a company that is always committed to following ALARA, there is limited radiation exposure during nuclear medicine procedures. Working in a clinical environment has a reasonable anticipated risk factor of occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens or other infectious materials. Employees are required to follow the company's Radiation Safety Policies, including the use of lead shielding, PPE, and practice universal precautions during patient care.
