Job Title: Engineering Services Expert Mechanical Technician

Overview:

This role will be responsible for all activities around the predictive maintenance program at the Live Oak Production Facility. This will include setting the scope and approach to limit downtime and reduce cost in accordance with business needs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Serve as the subject matter expert for the site on all things involving predictive maintenance. (Ultrasound, Infra-Red, Vibration, etc)

* Establish predictive maintenance program in all areas of the plant (routes, frequencies, etc)

* Analyze data to lead continuous improvement efforts around PM and DTM activities

* Track and report business impact of predictive maintenance efforts to drive current and future investment.

* Lead parts activities to include stocking strategies and cost reduction efforts (Vendor management, part consolidation, 5S, etc)

Requirements:

* Ability to lead cross functional teams to implement change

* Minimum 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment

* Experience with predictive maintenance technologies

* Exceptional organizational and time management skills

* Adhere to company policies and guidelines

* Train other associates on how to use tools and their applications
