In this role, you will help ensure that the GSX Enablement and Change programs are delivered seamlessly and are of the highest quality to support our learning operations. You will play a key role in evaluating stakeholder needs, designing and recommending learning solutions, and supporting the execution of best-in-class enablement programs. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to take charge of intakes, assessments, and projects, which include defining learning objectives, creating scope, developing plans, managing resources, and guiding the execution process.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Change and Enablement needs for L2C domain for the Global Seller Experience, including execution of enablement strategies and objectives for the Global Seller organization in close collaboration with Q2C.
  • Work alongside Cross functional Change and enablement partners across Revenue Operations, BT, Global Enablement, and other business stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and adoption of program initiatives.
  • Contribute to the creation of enablement management strategies and plans to support successful transitions, including stakeholder engagement, communications, and role-based training activities.
  • Help draft and deploy targeted messaging and training materials to build awareness, knowledge, and skills with key stakeholders.
  • Support the end-to-end change management process, applying project management skills to track progress and identify potential risks/issues for escalation.
  • Assist in the creation of executive presentations, enablement materials, and status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement and Sales Onboarding teams to support training programs that enhance understanding of deal lifecycles (including Train the Trainer, JIT, and true-up training).
  • Collect and analyze Sales feedback through cases, surveys, and regular training needs assessments to continuously improve Change and Enablement offerings.
  • Support the development and implementation of strategies that provide employees with the resources and knowledge they need through various learning formats (e.g., podcasts, how-to videos).
  • Assist in identifying gaps in the Seller experience and contribute ideas to build effective Change and enablement programs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with all impacted operational roles, including TOPS, Data Quality, SOPs, C&C, and others, to ensure alignment and effectiveness of the enablement initiatives.

Here's what we are seeking:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, including but not limited to Business Administration, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Change Management.
  • 3+ years of experience developing and supporting the implementation of training or change management strategies.
  • Familiarity with instructional design, adult learning principles, course development processes, and mobile learning best practices.
  • Experience supporting or assisting in enterprise-wide initiatives related to training or organizational change, with a focus on learning and enablement.
  • Project support experience in managing cross-functional teams for training and enablement projects, with a focus on coordination and execution, rather than leadership.
  • Experience working with global teams-ideally in tech, consulting, or similar industries, with an understanding of sales enablement or training for diverse, multi-functional teams.
  • Exposure to creating and delivering training materials for audiences of varying sizes-from small groups to large audiences, with a focus on scalable delivery methods.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)/Cloud computing experience - knowledge of sales operations/quote-to-cash (a plus)
  • Experience with informal learning, blended learning, reinforcement programs
  • Proficiency in enablement program / change management
  • Exceptional consulting and communication skills including an engaging presentation style, strong group facilitation skills, change management, and clear and precise writing
