Performance Health is seeking a dedicated Facilities Coordinator to maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of employee areas in our distribution center. This role is critical in ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all team members.

This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, have a strong work ethic, and are ready to contribute to the overall success of our team.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and deep cleaning of employee areas, including restrooms, breakrooms, locker rooms, and other shared spaces
  • Handle heavy cleaning tasks as needed, including floor care, trash removal, and equipment sanitation
  • Safely use and store cleaning chemicals and supplies following company guidelines and safety protocols
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment as required
  • Lift, move, and carry materials and equipment (up to 50 lbs.) to complete assigned tasks
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management of any replenishment needs
  • Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in housekeeping, sanitation, or a similar role
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects regularly, up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and performing physical tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean and sanitary workplace
