Assistant General Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team at our retail location in Blue Springs. The ideal candidate will assist the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of the store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision.

• Assist the General Manager in developing and implementing strategies to improve store performance
• Supervise and train store staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock levels
• Assist in creating and implementing promotional activities to drive sales
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner

• Previous experience in a retail management role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
