The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will perform full-cycle recruiting functions for a variety of technical, engineering, accounting/finance, manufacturing and sales positions for any of our operating divisions in multiple cities within the United States. The ideal candidate will proactively engage with management and HR Partners to identify workforce needs and develop forward-looking strategic sourcing plans to help meet our global talent acquisition goals.


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for candidate sourcing, screening and interviewing.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to create requisitions, develop job descriptions, research compensation and develop successful sourcing plans.
  • Recruit and hire for a wide range of positions, both exempt and non-exempt, with an emphasis on engineering and manufacturing openings.
  • Conduct internet searches, resume tracking, interview scheduling/coordinating and participate in selection and job offer process.
  • Train new managers on hiring policies and procedures, use of Applicant Tracking System, and basic guidelines for interviewing and selection (e.g. employment laws, Affirmative Action, etc.).
  • Skilled at driving efforts to expand sourcing effectiveness through social networks, employee referrals, industry associations, direct sourcing, colleges/universities, on-line resources, and other creative channels.
  • Maintain documentation in compliance with DOL and EEO/OFCCP requirements and provide necessary reporting.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years full-cycle recruiting experience (preferably in a manufacturing environment).
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficient PC usage, especially in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Previous experience with eRecruiting and ATS systems helpful.
  • Thorough knowledge of hiring and employment laws.
  • Innovative recruiting and sourcing skills.
  • Experience hiring foreign professionals and knowledge of Visa and immigration laws desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong sense of urgency and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Must be highly organized and self-motivated.
