This position requires an extremely perceptive person, who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels. As unique situations present themselves, the incumbent must be sensitive to corporate needs, employee goodwill, and the public image. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will perform full-cycle recruiting functions for a variety of technical, engineering, accounting/finance, manufacturing and sales positions for any of our operating divisions in multiple cities within the United States. The ideal candidate will proactively engage with management and HR Partners to identify workforce needs and develop forward-looking strategic sourcing plans to help meet our global talent acquisition goals.
