As the Outpatient Therapy Supervisor, you will organize and coordinate the daily operations and clinical functions of the outpatient therapy clinic. You will also assist with employee performance management, clinical competency, and staff development, as well as manage daily department staffing, performance improvement projects, and program development. The Outpatient Therapy Supervisor provides quality Therapy services through comprehensive evaluation, program planning and administration of treatment to all patients referred to Main Line Health settings and programs. Position: Outpatient Therapy Supervisor, Concordville
Shift: Full Time, 40 hours per week, Day Shift. No Weekends or Holidays required.

Experience:
Minimum of 4 years clinical experience. A min of 1 year of supervisor experience desired.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree Required; Master's or Doctorate preferred (degree required commensurate with profession). Graduate of a Physical Therapy program required.

Licensures/Certifications:
Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license. BLS Certification by American Heart Association.
