Now, we're entering a new phase of growth and are looking for a Recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment across multiple departments. This role requires someone comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment who can balance high volume hiring needs with critical recruiting. This role is an on-site role at our Huntsville, AL location.

What You'll Do


  • Own and execute full-cycle recruitment across a variety of functions, including manufacturing, corporate, operational, and technical roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers across departments to define role requirements, workforce plans, and hiring strategies.
  • Manage recruiting workflows in the ATS to ensure accurate documentation, pipeline tracking, and compliance.
  • Source candidates proactively through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, local partnerships, and professional networks.
  • Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, conduct reference checks, and facilitate offer negotiations while maintaining a strong candidate experience throughout.
  • Support recruiting events and employer branding efforts including job fairs, college outreach, and social campaigns.
  • Maintain compliance with ITAR regulations and employment laws while promoting equitable and inclusive hiring practices.
  • Support additional HR initiatives such as onboarding, internal mobility, and workforce planning projects.


Requirements


  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting a mix of manufacturing, corporate, and/or technical functions.
  • Proven ability to source and place candidates across non-technical and technical roles.
  • Strong working knowledge of ATS/HRIS systems; UKG experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage requisitions across multiple disciplines.
  • Confident communicator with solid negotiation skills and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work independently in a growing, hands-on environment.


Preferred:


  • Experience recruiting in aerospace, aviation, or advanced manufacturing industries.
  • Familiarity with workforce development programs, trade schools, and community hiring pipelines.


Physical Requirements

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, and move about regularly throughout the day and lift/carry up to 25 pounds. Must have manual dexterity to operate standard office equipment such as computers, printers, and phones. Must be physically capable of walking between office and production areas and attending events or meetings off-site as needed.

Work Environment

This role is based in Huntsville, AL and requires on-site presence. We are currently unable to provide relocation support, so local candidates are strongly preferred. This position operates primarily in a professional office environment with occasional work in a manufacturing setting. It requires the use of standard office equipment and systems. This role involves cross-departmental collaboration and both independent and team-based responsibilities. Standard work hours for this position are 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime or off-hour work as business needs arise.

ITAR Requirement

In compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), candidates must be U.S. Citizens, U.S. Permanent Residents (Green Card holders), or individuals granted asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).
