Clinical Social Worker Psych-ZSFG-Adult-CWCM Full Time 85622BR Job Summary The CSW works with formerly homeless individuals who live in identified Mission Housing Development Corporation (MHDC) SROs who have difficulty with housing stability because of issues related to mental health problems, chronic physical health issues, and/or substance use/misuse. The CSW provides individual treatment including case management services, psychotherapy, counseling, crisis intervention and 5150 assessments, substance abuse treatment, psycho education, intake, assessment, service planning and consultation. The CSW coordinates closely with on-site management and support services staff from MHDC and Caritas Management Corporation, along with Citywide Team members, to develop successful treatment strategies advocacy and coordination with other agencies, families and clients. The CSW provides referrals and linkage to residents; coordinate closely with hospitals and clinic medical providers to support residents in accessing vital medical treatment, as well as facilitating groups and community events as needed. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $37.56 - $50.31 (Hourly Rate).
