Major/Essential Functions


  • Supervise and effectively manage one Section Coordinator for TTU Online term section inventory, one Section Coordinator for TTU Online end-of-term processing, and one Senior Evaluator for TTU Online student population. Provide positive guidance, example, and supervision including ongoing training and feedback for processing goals related to each area.
  • Provide diligent oversight for monitoring all aspects of TTU Online end-of-term-processes, TTU Online term section inventory, and transfer evaluation for TTU Online student population to ensure accuracy and compliance with state and institutional policies and reporting requirements. Analyze, report, and make recommendations for improvements or concerns and respond professionally to all data inquiries necessary to support institutional goals.
  • Work collaboratively with Registrar to ensure consistent and timely end-of-term processing for TTU Online terms.
  • Work collaboratively with Office of the Registrar Associate Registrar for the Transfer Evaluation Office to ensure transfer policies and procedures are consistently maintained.
  • Work collaboratively with Office of the Registrar Assistant Registrar for CSI to ensure consistent and correct section build and schedule that will meet the academic goals of the institution. Review scheduling practices, and develop and provide training for department contacts regarding online term sections.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in the area of specialization or closely related field. Three years of related administrative and technical experience. Additional job related education may be substituted for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience with team management, Banner Student System, data analysis, reporting, transfer evaluation policies and procedures, end-of-term processes, and section building policies.
  • Critical thinking, communication, attention to detail, organization skills, and problem-solving skills necessary to fulfill job duties.
