* Follow all publicized safety policies/procedures and JIBS applicable to the job. * Use appropriate PPE that has been identified on the Hazard Analysis for the department/role. * Attend and participate in all safety training, safety meetings, audits and Behavior Based Safety programs assigned. * Report all safety hazards observed. If capable, correct the safety hazard identified.

* Coordinate work schedules, prioritize projects, manage workflow, and communicate with internal and external customers * Coordinate inter-company work and tests requests * Assist in root cause analysis of customer complaints and irritations * Maintain lab databases & document systems * Develop value added features to projects and reports from the lab. Specifically focus on cost savings, cost avoidances and revenue generation. * Support ISO systems - create update policies and participate in internal and external audits * Manage lab reports in SAP (C&I and library)

* Investigate new test equipment and test methods. Maintain or oversee repair of existing test equipment. * Order supplies for the laboratory * Assist in preparing budget and any CAPEX requirements * Sign off on monthly timecards and submit to HR * Schedule and track vacation time of technicians * Track project hours and complete monthly and quarterly reports of project status * Reads, understands and is committed to conducting business in accordance to Albany International's Business Ethics Policy.
