What we look for * Must be a member or willing to join the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry of the United States and Canada, AFL-CIO. * 1+ years of industry experience or experience in servicing mechanical systems in the HVAC industry. * Generally required knowledge includes mechanical HVAC systems, facilities management systems, site preparation, peripheral equipment installation and servicing techniques * Effective interpersonal skills to properly represent Johnson Controls to customers and other outside contacts in an ethical and professional manner. * Leadership skills to support the activities of Mechanics working on non-complex, non-critical mechanical HVAC equipment on a job site
