Description

Are you an energetic and positive self-starter? We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Administrator to support the operations of a fast-paced sales office. In this role, you will manage customer interactions throughout the entire order process-from specification and pricing to invoicing. You will also collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and maintain strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include:



  • Ensure accuracy in determining contracts, pricing quotesand processing orders.
  • Handle order acknowledgments, vendor purchase orderspayment reconciliation, and client invoicing.
  • Manage compliance with local and national contracts, from quotations to customer invoicing.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records for all order and project files.
  • Proactively address and resolve issues that arise to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience,preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or direct customer-facing roles.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and processes.
  • Proficient in working with integrated computer systems, especially within the Microsoft Windows environment.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to remain dependable and demonstrate excellent time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including negotiation, listening, empathy, conflict resolutionand clarification.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and meet deadlines.
