Responsibilities

Job Description:

The Counterintelligence Analyst-Senior will provide advice to improve the CI posture of supported activities. Additionally, the CI Analyst will coordinate with internal and external entities for support and deconfliction as it relates to CI.

Job Duties Include (but not limited to):

    Assimilate large volumes of information and independently produce reports
  • Research, create, develop, and deliver multimedia and written reports
  • Develop all-source association matrices on screened individuals of CI interest
  • Research, develop, and present CI products at the operational and strategic levels


Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 12+ years' experience as CI Agent or equivalent service/interagency occupational specialty focused on HUMIT operations

  • 8 years' general experience in area of responsibility (AOR) or Special Operations Forces (SOF) experience

  • 5 years of specific years of experience either in the area of responsibility (AOR) or specialized skills

  • Graduate of Department of Defense or Joint Asset Risk Management System Course or interagency equivalent

  • Graduate of Joint Counterintelligence Training Academy (JCITA) or Advanced Counterintelligence Collections Course (ACICC)

  • Equivalent CI Badge and credential producing courses will be accepted

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience preparing and presenting intelligence briefings to senior leaders

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor's in field related to International Relations, Homeland Security, Intelligence Studies, Cybersecurity, Information Technology

Security Clearance:

  • An active Top Secret/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a Poly is required
