Your Job Phillips Medisize, a Molex company is seeking a Sourcing Manager to manage our New Product Introduction/New Product Development and Category Sourcing. This role will serve as the sourcing single point of contact for the engineering teams, supporting the sourcing activities of all BOM line items for the assigned projects. During the project's development, you will work with the Global and Regional Category Management teams to execute sourcing and supplier strategies. In this role, you will also manage a category supporting Phillips Medisize. You will collaborate with the Global Supply Chain and Category Management organizations, working closely with cross-functional teams across BU, SBM, and NPD/I sourcing to develop category strategies that meet the business's needs This is a hybrid position out of our Hudson, WI location.
