Master Planner

The Master Planner will be responsible for supervising Production Coordinators, providing guidance as needed and working with them on the weekly/monthly flow of product coordinating with Power Products changes. They will ensure all reports are run daily/weekly to keep the flow of products balanced and distribute these reports to everyone accountable in production. The Master Planner will work closely with sales, customers, and vendors to focus on on-time delivery of products. They will collaborate with department managers/supervisors and team leaders to address changing demands from customers and capacity changes due to labor, equipment failures, inventory shortages, and other challenges. Additionally, the Master Planner will work with logistics/sales through planners to coordinate deliveries and pickups of both customer and vendor products.

• Create and schedule all plan jobs in Job Boss, adjusting schedules as needed to align with Smartsheet
• Schedule all live jobs in Job Boss, ensuring build schedule aligns with Smartsheet
• Meet weekly with Project Managers to discuss schedule and adjust as needed based on component availability
• Coordinate with purchasing on changes to build schedule and timing of inventory inflow
• Conduct weekly meetings with production, sales, engineering, and other departments to review schedule and ensure coordination
