DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for all processes involving the creation and tracking of purchase orders RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES *Create purchase orders as requested *Run basic reports requested by management *Identify and communicate processing errors in both purchase orders and reports *Create RTV (Return to Vendor) documents and awareness according to established rework processes when requested by management *Provide purchase order status to Supply Chain including estimated delivery date and any changes in estimated delivery date *Assist with organization and cleaning of work area, keeping aisles and walkways clear at all times *Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management *Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment *Work effectively with all Stealth departments to exceed internal and external expectations *Stealth retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary REQUIRED SKILLS *Must be a team player, detail-oriented, and honest Must have the ability to: *Multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment Must have: *Relentless drive to achieve advancement and continuous improvement *Excellent verbal and written communication skills *A willingness to learn and/or adapt to new work methods REQUIRED EXPERIENCE *This is an entry level position PREFERRED EXPERIENCE *2 years of experience purchasing end items, services, supplies and equipment *Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment *Current or previous successful employment experience with Stealth Products (directly, independently or through a third party) REQUIRED EDUCATION *High School Diploma or GED PREFERRED EDUCATION *Associate's Degree in business or related field DETAILS This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive Stealth Products is an Equal Opportunity employer.
