Your responsibilities
Job Summary Lead the development, maintenance and growth of the Divisions Fabrication program. This position will be responsible for all aspects of building, managing, and motivating the Fabrication Team in pursuit of long-term, sustainable business growth. Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive fabrication sales strategy aligned with the Divisions goals
  • Identify market trends and customer needs to shape solution-based offerings
  • Provide strategic leadership and development for the Fabrication team, setting clear performance goals and KPIs, mentoring team members, and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to drive customer-focused fabrication opportunities, including identifying high-potential prospects, setting fabrication goals, engaging directly with customers to promote program benefits, aligning supply chain strategies with product managers, and partnering with executives to develop a fabrication sales incentive plan.
  • Coordinate and oversee fabrication partner activities, including maintaining a database of qualified outsource partners and their capabilities, directing partner selection, aligning capacity with customer demand, assessing financial viability, and ensuring compliance with all quality standards and customer requirements (e.g., PPAP, FMEA).
  • Accountability for the Fabrication Group P&L and the associated metrics and KPIs
  • Support the organizations digital transformation by working with various stakeholders to select the appropriate software system that will integrate the value-added function with the companies ERP infrastructure
  • Contribute to the development, enhancement, and execution of the divisions vision and strategy.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or Engineering or equivalent work experience required
  • 10+ years of progressive sales experience with a focus on value-added or solution-based selling, Including at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strategic customer relationships.
  • Strong leadership, communication, customer service, negotiation and organizational skills.
  • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or B2B service sectors
  • Previous experience successfully managing a P&L
  • Ability to read technical drawings and determine fabrication method(s) required
  • Deep Expertise in fabrication operations
  • Problem solving abilities and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results driven, team-oriented environment
  • Aptitude for financial analysis and applying basic financial principles
  • Ability to work autonomously with limited direction
  • Ability to influence at all levels of the organization
  • Must be able to work on the warehouse floor on and around heavy machinery
  • Willingness to travel to and work in all CPG locations across the U.S.
