Description Required 2+ years in IT support or help desk roles Strong working knowledge of Windows OS, Office365, and cloud platforms Experience in networking and system configuration Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical users The IT Support Technician manages and resolves internal IT issues, maintains hardware and software systems, and ensures company-wide tech accessibility and cybersecurity. This role provides frontline support and contributes to system enhancements, hardware rollouts, and cloud platform maintenance. As an IT Support Technician, you will: Respond to help desk tickets, phone calls, and walk-in requests Set up, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices Create and manage user accounts across Office365, SharePoint, Azure, and other platforms Administer Active Directory, Exchange, and virtual environments (VMware, Hyper-V) Deploy and document network equipment, firewalls, and cabling installations Assist in cybersecurity monitoring and response Document technical processes, solutions, and inventory Coordinate telecom contractors and external vendors Skills Desktop, Windows 10, Troubleshooting, Support, a+ certification, Microsoft, Office 365, bilingual, spanish Top Skills Details Desktop,Windows 10,Troubleshooting,Support,a+ certification,Microsoft,Office 365 Additional Skills & Qualifications Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical users Preferred Certifications (A+, Network+, Microsoft, etc.) Bilingual in English and Spanish Experience with enterprise IT, remote support tools, and structured cabling Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $43000.00/yr.
