*PART TIME - 20-30hrs weekly*
We're looking for a detail-oriented and dependable eCommerce Coordinator to support personalization and merchandising efforts on our online commerce platform. This temporary, part-time role will help execute personalized offers, build product collections, and create branded landing pages to enhance the customer experience. *Key Responsibilities:* 1. Personalization & Offer Execution * Upload customer segments and configure digital offers using Instacart Partner Platform (IPP) * Coordinate with CRM and personalization teams for accurate targeting * QA offers and troubleshoot redemption issues * Respond to customer care escalations related to offers * Maintain documentation and templates for recurring offer types 2. Site Merchandising & Page Building * Build and manage product collection and brand landing pages (e.g., Summer Block Party) * Collaborate with shopper marketing to gather assets and SKU lists * Validate product data using internal tools * Upload creative assets and configure layouts in IPP * Follow brand guidelines and wireframes for page design * *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
