You'll be the heartbeat of our call center, guiding customers through their loan journey with professionalism, empathy, and precision. What You'll Do * Field high-volume inbound and outbound calls with warmth and confidence * Perform accurate data entry and validation-because details matter * Coordinate with internal departments to streamline loan processing * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and text * Be a culture ambassador-showing up with professionalism and positive energy Schedule *Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM* (Your weekends are YOURS ) Who We're Looking For * 1+ year recent experience in a *Mortgage Contact Center* (2022-2025) * Proven success handling inbound & outbound *high-volume calls* * Located within 20 minutes of the office, with reliable transportation & childcare * Strong work history, no long job gaps * Detail-obsessed, driven to deliver quality, and committed to working onsite * Professional, clear communicator who thrives in a team setting Bonus Skills * Customer Support & Call Center Expertise * Mortgage & Loan Servicing Knowledge * Financial Service Fluency * High Attention to Detail * Excellent People Skills Apply Now!
