Project: This role is tied to Acquisition and will support the Client Works CRM AWS migration. This will be a re-platforming effort but also include a redesign of the front end, so we need someone who can span across both areas - *frontend (UI) and backend (UX).* -This person will be responsible for creating all the stories, managing the backlog and priority, attend all agile ceremonies, etc. Top Skills: -8+ years of professional experience as a Product Owner (she wants a tenured PO) - she does NOT want to see people from a project manager/scrum master/deliver manager background. oThis person must be able to help with PI Planning and understand Scrum best practices -Experience working with Software Engineering teams, driving both the UI and UX. -Experience writing user stories in Jira oJira expertise. -Able to assist in Product Discovery, Product Planning, and Product Development oProduct Vision oPrioritization oBuild, plan, and execute roadmaps oRequirement definition -Financial Services experience is preferred. -CRM experience would be a nice to have. General Job Description: The Product Owner is responsible for understanding the key requirements and needs of our institutional clients and coordinating the successful initiation, planning, and design of those needs across multiple functional areas to drive a comprehensive product execution roadmap. Responsibilities: * Actively works with the business owner(s) to prioritize the product backlog and leads detailed planning and executing on product roadmap * Participates in all related meetings, including daily SCRUM calls, and provides direction and feedback based on direction and input from the business owner * Translates business vision and high-level User Narratives into detailed User Stories for UX and Dev teams * Works with business owners to clarify requirements * Raise requirement issues/risks to product manager for resolution * Brings decisions to be made to Business Leaders outside of review meetings. * Is available to the team to provide guidance and feedback * Document Use Cases and Process Flows as needed to frame solutions for UX and Dev teams * Coordinate with other stakeholders as needed and represent stakeholders' vision & requirements to the technology team (overriding design decisions, inclusion in cross-functional processes, etc.) * Works with business owner to define and document product acceptance criteria Additional Qualifications: * Experience with business and technology project management * Strong communication skills communicating detailed and summarized information to executives. * Ability to come up to speed quickly, self-starter/motivated, flexible * Able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities * Strong time management and organization skills. *Skills* Agile, User stories, Jira, crm, ui/ux *Top Skills Details* Agile,User stories,Jira,crm,ui/ux *Experience Level* Expert Level w2 only onsite 3 days week *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00/hr.
