As a Maintenance Planner at Tree Top, your daily responsibilities will include developing and managing maintenance schedules to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime. You will collaborate with maintenance technicians and production teams to prioritize work orders, ensuring that all tasks align with our operational goals. Additionally, you will analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, allowing for proactive maintenance actions. Communication with vendors for parts and supplies will be essential, as will updating and maintaining accurate maintenance records. Pay Information: Salary Range: $83,600 to $125,400 annually Target Starting Range: $83,600 to $95,000 annually This range reflects the full pay scale for all roles within this position's grade.
