Minimum Experience/Education |
High School Diploma or equivalency and one year of related office experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience. |

- Ability to interact professionally with clients, faculty, and staff in demanding situations.

- Emotional intelligence, ability to empathize and mentally process difficult cases.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodations.
-Working experience in a veterinary setting and basic knowledge of veterinary medical terminology.
- Previous client service experience in a speciality veterinary practice or medical setting preferred. - - Previous supervisory or managerial experience is also preferred. |
