The Role The purpose of the General Manager role at the USTA National Campus is to strategically lead and oversee the operations, programs, and initiatives that align with the USTA's vision and strategy for the growth of tennis. As the steward of the National Campus, the General Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering an environment that not only champions the sport but also contributes significantly to the USTA's broader mission. Lead, oversee, and integrate the following areas: Strategic Leadership & Operations
Develop and execute strategies that position the USTA National Campus as a central driver in the growth and development of tennis. Financial Oversight
Stakeholder Engagement & Industry Collaboration

Travel Requirements Occasional travel required for workshops, conferences, tournaments, USTA meetings, and other organizational functions. The expected range for the base salary for this position is $170,000-$208,000 plus a potential ICP bonus. This range does not include any additional pay or benefits for which a person may qualify. The actual base salary offered is determined by several variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, the years of relevant experience, their unique skills, and the location from which they will be performing the job.
