Description The RF Technician Helper will support wireless small cell and ODAS deployments throughout the DMV area for major carriers. Technicians will work in teams of 2-4 under the supervision of Lead Technicians. Responsibilities include: * Mounting and testing Remote Radio Heads (RRHs) and antennas (implementation not required at this time) * Performing system alignment and conducting tests using OTDR, power meters, and spectrum analyzers * Assisting with shell work/upgrades, 5G antenna installation, warehouse pre-builds, and possible trial phases * Engaging professionally with customers during deployment activities * Supporting rooftop builds as needed Top Skills & Qualifications * Minimum 1 year of experience in telecommunications construction (ISP/OSP experience preferred) * Solid understanding of hand tools and mechanical aptitude (telecommunications background preferred) * Dependable work ethic, effective communication skills, team-oriented mindset, and a strong willingness to learn Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
