Warehouse Lumper

Staffmark is seeking a hardworking Warehouse Lumper to join a warehouse team in Lancaster, TX. If you have prior warehouse experience and don't mind working outdoors, this physically active role could be the perfect fit.

Pay Rate: $20.75/hour

Schedule: Day Labor | 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM | Must be flexible for rotating shifts and weather conditions (tent provided if raining)

As a Warehouse Lumper, you'll be responsible for manually unloading and restacking pallets of Gatorade and other products. This role involves repetitive lifting, twisting, and outdoor work. Attention to detail is key as you'll also help identify damaged pallets and prevent future issues.

Responsibilities

• Remove plastic wrap and transfer product from old to new pallets
• Stack pallets in the designated quarantine area
• Inspect old pallets and help identify root causes of damage
• Wrap newly stacked pallets for distribution
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Requirements

• Prior warehouse or general labor experience
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift and twist repetitively throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Team player with a strong work ethic
